I am in my senior year of my music education degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. When I started lessons with Jeff Pifher I had the goal of starting to understand methods for taking my playing to the next level. During our first lesson, Jeff focused on practice techniques to work on specific things including articulation and timing. These exercises have become a part of my daily practice and after 4 weeks it has made a huge difference. After my most recent gig I got two “over and beyond” ratings from my coworkers in the entertainment company I work with and that shows the improvement I have made since starting lessons with Jeff.
